This application presents a pre-set autogenic drainage session tailored by an individual with cystic fibrosis, alongside the option for complete customization if the default settings do not suit your preferences. Users have the flexibility to adjust the duration of inhalation, exhalation, breath-holding intervals, and the total count of breaths during each phase of autogenic drainage. Upon initiation, the app cues you when to inhale, hold your breath, and exhale through voice prompts. Additionally, the timer tracks the duration of your session, displays the current breath count, and shows the remaining number of breaths. A reference section is also included within the app.
